Cockroach labs is a startup founded by the leading Google engineers. It is a service that allows creating and managing SQL databases. The project has a huge market potential and is already backed by such giants as Benchmark Capital and Google Ventures
Duties
UX/UI design, meeting with client, brainstorming sessions, crafting CJMs, product interviews, close work with art director and dev team
Challenge
To understand the target audience of the project (SQL programmers), and create an effective solution for creating and replicating databases
Results
Redesigned tools hepled to obtain thousands of new users and to receive additional $20 million of investments to help the company mission.
What was done
The startup was getting to a new level of its development. New challenges required a new landing page design and database management panel. After numerous interviews with the target audience and several iterations of design, I've delivered a website (landing page, blog, etc) that was aimed to convert potential customers and raise awareness about Cockroach Labs and admin panel that is helping developers to work with SQL databases.
